Why it's for short clips
AVI is an old Windows video format from the 1990s. Older cameras, screen recorders and archives still produce it, but phones and most websites don't play it.
Reversing means decoding every frame, holding them all in memory, and writing them out in the opposite order. That's why clips are limited to 60 MB: trim to the moment first.
Reverse clips make rewind effects, loops and trick shots.
Frequently
Asked Questions
Is the sound reversed too?
Yes.
Why the 60 MB limit?
Every frame is held in your device's memory while it's reversed.
Is my file uploaded?
No. It's processed in your browser, on your own device, and never leaves it.
