What Hormozi-style captions are
Hormozi-style captions are the big, bold subtitles you see on Alex Hormozi's short-form clips. The text is heavy and outlined so it reads on any background, and only a few words sit on screen at a time.
The part that makes them work is the active word. As each word is spoken it changes color and grows slightly, so the viewer's eye follows the speech. That keeps people reading, and reading keeps them watching, even with the sound off.
By hand vs. Sycamore
A one-minute clip has around 150 spoken words. In a regular editor, every one of them needs its own color and scale change.
