JSON to SRT, what changes

JSON subtitles are a list of items with a start, an end and the text, the shape transcription tools like Whisper produce.

SRT is the most common subtitle format: numbered lines with start and end times and plain text. YouTube, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and most players read it.

It reads a list of items with a start, an end and the text, including Whisper's { "segments": [...] } output and items using startMs/endMs or start_time/end_time. Times can be seconds or timestamps.
