SRT to ASS, what changes
SRT is the most common subtitle format: numbered lines with start and end times and plain text. YouTube, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and most players read it.
ASS (Advanced SubStation Alpha) is a styled subtitle format with fonts, colours and positions, made with Aegisub and used a lot for anime.
The subtitles get a default style you can then change in Aegisub: font, size, colours and position.
